To be eligible for the warranty you must:

• Complete planned treatment
• Undergo regular dentist visit and dental cleaning every 6 months including tartar removal (every 3 months after orthodontic treatments for 1 year)
• Perform daily oral care as instructed by the dentist or hygienist
• Immediately perform necessary tratments found during the regular visits

Warranty does not cover:

• Any temporary treatments or appliances
• Any treatments with limited warranty (dentist will inform you prior to starting treatment)
• Any treatments performed upon patient’s request
• When immediately after filling a tooth it is necessary to perform root canal treatment, the re-filling will be done under warranty and the root canal treatment cost will be covered by the patient
• Secondary root canal treatment when the primary one was performed outside of Healthy Smile Center
• Non-microscopic root canal treatments
• Milk teeth treatments

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• poor oral hygiene
• tooth root damage before prosthetic reconstruction is completed (example: deep subgingival fracture)
• on-compliance with medical recommendations
• performing only part of the recommended dental treatment
• non-compliance with regular dental visits and oral hygiene
• mechanical trauma
• natural bone loss and changes in the periodontium
• existing medical conditions such as Periodontal disease, Diabetes, High blood pressure, Epilepsy, Osteoporosis, Cancer (Radiation therapy,  Chemotherapy), Eating disorders (Anorexia), Malnitrition, Obesity, that negatively influence oral cavity and its functions.
