“I recommend the Healthy Smile Center” program - details:

A Healthy Smile Center patient invites friends by giving them the recommendation card. The NEW PATIENT card must include full name and be presented during the first visit. During the visit, the patient receives free dental consultation, oral examination, initial treatment plan and price listing. In addition, a panoramic X-ray is performed for 80 zł. 

The recommending person receives coupons from the Healthy Smile Center based on:

from 200 to 499 zł	1 coupon of 50 zł
from 500 to 999 zł	2 coupons of 50 zł (total of 100 zł)
from 1000 to 1999 zł	4 coupons of 50 zł (total of  200 zł)
above 2000 zł	6 coupons of 50 zł (total of 300 zł)

1. Coupons (vouchers) are registered by name and only person whose name appears on it may use them. The coupons are valid for 3 months from the issued date and may be picked up at the reception desk after presenting your ID.
2. Recommendation cardsare available at the reception desk and you may pick as many as you wish.
3. You willbe notified about granted coupons and possibility of their pick up days after the first NEW PATIENT visit.
4. NEW PATIENT is defined as not already existing in our patient database or did not use our services in the past 3 years.
5. If you would like to pay using received coupons, please inform your Dentist before starting treatment.
6. Program began on November 8, 2010 and there is no planned expiry date. Patients will be notified of any program changes a month in advance through the website: www.nieboli.pl.
7. Promotion may not be combined with any other offers! You will decide about using current promotions or coupon payment for regular priced services.
